Sam Isaac performed at Walk The Line Festival 2009

Sam performed at Walk The Line Festival 2009 in an intimate gig at the Frog and Fiddle. Previously he has played the BBC electric proms with Edwyn Collins and played at fun festivals including Great Escape, Wireless, Glastonbury, Latitude, V Festival and Truck. Sam has played with many great artists, like Tellison, Dave House, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Luke Leighfield, Johnny Foreigner, Scouting For Girls, Frank Turner, Pigeon Detectives, Goodbooks, Ben's Brother, Kate Walsh, KT Tunstall, Athlete, The Fratellis and Walter Schreifels amongst others.

He has done sessions for Huw Stephens (Radio 1), Colin Murray (Radio 1), Zane Lowe (Radio 1), Janice Long (Radio 2) and John Kennedy (XFM). His songs have been played by Jo Whiley, Zane Lowe, Colin Murray, Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens on Radio 1, and also by John Kennedy and Steve Harris on XFM.

The Sam Isaac show frequently resembles an indie cottage industry. Friends make artwork, do recording, direct music videos and don clipboards. Perfect strangers sell his CDs. Sam’s part of the bargain is donning an acoustic guitar, a Casio keyboard or occasionally just his own voice and making the music that is at the centre of all of this.
