Vocalist Romy Quinnen and guitarist Andy Oliveri make up the soul-folk hit-machine that is Midnight Mile. Their tunes are beautifully sculpted figures of fragility and innocence, of breaking bones and arresting love, strewn gracefully over foot-tapping snare rolls, country guitar chords, twinkled organs and sultry vocals.
The band have performed at Wychwood and Two Thousand Trees festivals, supported soul-jazz folk duo Nizlopi and had their material used on TV by Channel Four. Midnight Mile will be playing on Friday 1st October.
